BIEGLO offers a comprehensive range of Sheet & Film from Spartech and DEXNYL

SHEET
BEGLO offers a diverse range of high-performance sheets under two main categories: Spartech Sheets and DEXNYL Sheets, each designed for specific applications and performance requirements.
- Spartech Sheets are known for their exceptional impact strength, high formability, and versatile aesthetics, with a wide selection of colors and textures. They can be machined, sawed, drilled, routed, and ground for precise customization. Additionally, Spartech provides bullet-resistant sheets that are UL-designated, abrasion-resistant, lighter than glass, and crystal clear, making them ideal for ballistic protection applications.
- DEXNYL Sheets include Polyimide Sheets, which are manufactured using compression molding (CM), isostatic molding, or direct forming (DF) processes. Sheets produced via isostatic molding offer superior mechanical properties due to enhanced powder compaction. Available in 305 x 305 mm dimensions with thicknesses ranging from 1.6 mm to 50.8 mm, these sheets are ideal for demanding engineering applications.
Both Spartech and DEXNYL Sheets provide advanced material solutions for industries requiring durability, customization, and high-performance characteristics.
FILM
Spartech Films combine exceptional durability, UV protection, and long-term color and gloss stability, making them ideal for demanding outdoor and industrial applications.
With a broad spectrum of colors and gloss levels (10%–85%), they ensure fade resistance, abrasion protection, and resistance to mildew and fluorescent lighting effects. Designed for efficient manufacturing and recyclability, these films are widely used in recreational and agricultural equipment, bath and shower enclosures, exterior building components, and durable labels.
Additionally, polyamide films offer outstanding heat resistance, withstanding up to 482°C intermittently and 315°C continuously, making them suitable for high-temperature environments.
