These sheets are designed for fabrication and thermoforming, balancing durability, aesthetics, and weather resistance.

Royalite® materials meet fire, smoke, and toxicity standards for various industries, including UL (Healthcare), FAR (Aerospace), ASTM-E84 (Construction), and MBSS302 (Transportation). Common applications include aircraft and transportation seating, recreational seating, ESD protection, and battery storage systems.

A key innovation in the RoyalAero™ collection is Royalite® R105, a lightweight, flame-resistant, and thermoformable sheet with a soft, vinyl foam-laminated FR PVC/Acrylic composition. Meeting FAR 25.853 (a)(i) and (a)(ii) @ 0.125", it is resistant to staining, discoloration, and cracking and available in thicknesses from 0.047" to 0.375". Ideal for aircraft interiors, including cabins, cockpits, and seats, it can be produced using up to 100% recycled material. The R105 Soft Touch variant offers a scratch-resistant, high-end surface in multiple colors.
