These features make Royalite™ an excellent solution for applications requiring movement resistance or boiling water sterilization.

Royalite™ sheets are highly versatile and can be machined, sawed, drilled, routed, or ground with ease. They can also be punched, die-cut, and painted using spray, silk screen, or roller coating. For optimal results, plastics-formulated paints should be used. Additionally, these sheets can be joined to themselves or other materials using adhesive bonding, ultrasonic welding, or mechanical fasteners such as screws and rivets, provided proper procedures are followed.
